I was asked today a simple kettlebell workout routine for beginners. Something which would not be overly technical (ok, no jerk or snatch then) but would still give a full body workout and a good sweat and be a ‘HIIT’. I came up with this:

01:00 Kettlebell Swing
00:30 Kettlebell Clean Right
00:30 Kettlebell Clean Left
01:00 Kettlebell Goblet Squat
00:30 Kettlebell Push Press Right
00:30 Kettlebell Push Press Left
Four rounds - 19 minutes.
