Best HIIT ever? Seriously...was just playing with that question and ended up thinking (once again) about the kettlebell swing as perhaps the best one single exercise if allowed to pick Just one. Like a Swiss knife of all exercises...all in one.
And then the HIIT. The good old Tabata just works. And there's the science behind it. Straightforward...no complex choreographys ..20 seconds work, 10 rest, 8 rounds. 20 seconds of brutally hard work, full-body exercise.
So...a kettlebell heavy enough...and eight rounds of:
