In an AMRAP workout you strive to do as many sets of a several-exercise circuit as you can within a specific time constraint, in this case 20 minutes. Setting a timer for AMRAP is trivial: Just the total time as done here:
20:00 Cindy AMRAP: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats
"Cindy" is a crossfit AMRAP workout...used as an example here.
