A very demanding HIIT workout! This can be made more beginner-friendly by modifying the work/rest times if needed...and doing less sets of course. But tough guys and girls do it like it is written here! 6 rounds makes this full 33 minutes of sweat and pain. Equipment needed: Barbell with some weight or just the bar, two kettlebells. Ladies 8 or 12 kg, gents perhaps more. Got this from my lovely girlfriend who found it in some magazine I think. Thanks for the loan...I "liked" it a lot, read: suffered big time. Good stuff after the year-end gluttoning season!
