Weekend is gone, you ate bit too much and not the healthiest stuff and did not do the workout you meant to do on Saturday and then Sunday...yep. So did I and nor did I...maybe time for a quick simple beginner-level HIIT workout then today? I promise to do that...I really do... ;-) here's something simple, quick, no-excuses stuff one can do anytime, anywhere.
You can copy and paste this text unmodified to the Kutya Timer app for iPhone and iPad...set the numbers of rounds to e.g. 3 and start the workout!
Not familiar with all exercises? Once the workout is set up in Kutya, you can with a single tap search the internet for pics and info.
00:45 Lady push-ups
(Tough guys and girls do regular push-ups if they last all 45 seconds...for all the others knees on the floor i.e. "lady push-ups" is a good idea since 45 secs is quite a long time to do push-ups...you'll see)
00:45 Air squats
00:45 Butt kicks
(yes, your own this time :-)
00:45 Tricep dips
00:45 Side lunges
(So rest 1 minute between rounds)
