This is a "nice" little 10 minute finisher to be done after a gym workout with a set of kettlebells of various sizes. In descending order, from the heaviest down to the lighest. So we have here a "Kettlebell Straight" workout! It is a a small miracle how heavy swinging the lightest bell of them can feel when round three is underway :-).
Beginner and/or a Lady? You might want start with a lighter bell than the 32kg…and go in the other end further down too. Advanced with kettlebells? Add 10 seconds to each work interval!
