Do you sit a lot in meetings? Are the meetings you participate well-managed and facilitated, with clear agendas and clear timings for the agenda items? If yes - congratulations. If not quite so...keep on reading...Kutya Timer might be of some help to you.
Here's an example how you can use Kutya Timer for iPhone and iPad not this time as a workout timer but to time topics in meetings, business events, presentations and similar.
Just like with fitness workouts, you *just type the stuff in*, in this case your meeting/presentation/event agenda. Launch Kutya Timer in the beginning and let it bring discipline to the meeting, event or whatever you are facilitating. Use pause as you see fit, move backwards/forward on the agenda with just swiping the screen etc.
You just type (or copy and paste from an email, or iCloud sync'd notes or similar) something like this into Kutya Timer:
(This is an imaginary strategy presentation event, 1 hour 40 min duration. Timed topics and comments can be freely mixed in the text. Kutya picks the lines beginning with timings as meeting agenda topics...the rest is just...text. iPad or iPhone with Kutya running to be placed somewhere where each presenter and the facilitator can see it. You can try this example by just copying all of this text into Kutya...and tap start!)
