Combine weights + hiit/cardio in a circuit? I haven't done that too much...but will try now. And sharing here too.
So the idea is to do something with the weights followed by some cardio....then weights again and so forth. Why not do bench, squat and deadlift with reasonable weights followed by this other stuff here. Too much weight to full-body exercises for 01:00 time will not end well...so take it easy.

01:00 Dumbbell Chest Press
02:00 Squat with Overhead Press
**Circuit Part 2
01:00 Bent Over Dead Row
02:00 Walking Lunges
01:00 Mountain Climbers
**Circuit Part 3
01:00 Biceps Curls
02:00 Pushups + Triceps Pushups
01:00 Jumping Jacks
