Kettlebell workout after awhile...a beginner-friendly one - no overly acrobatic moves (ok...the one-legged deadlift is a bit tricky...but worth doing even if it gets bit shaky). Still, recommend everybody to learn the kettlebell jerk and snatch...gives so much more to the workouts since both involve the whole body big time. But none of that in this workout. Next time.
