Some marketing stuff (sorry :-) this time - this is how (easily) a workout is defined with Kutya Timer - just type it in as text!
1. Tap '

2. Type in a workout title
the exercises you want to include in the workout, in this style:

...end so forth....you can write notes, comments as much you like too...l
4. Tap the
buttons to set the number of workout rounds.
. Your workout is saved.
. Timer starts running. Begin exercising!
