Went to the gym yesterday to do a basic kettlebell workout (5 x push press pyramids 1-2-3-4-5-etc... amrap in 3 min, 2 min breaks + plenty of snatching).
Noticed a flipchart (see the photo) in a corner of the place with a HIIT workout written on it...basic stuff, looks good & tough.
